ECI tells Supreme Court CEC can be removed only like an SC judge; hearing on 17 NovemberIn an affidavit, the Election Commission of India told the Supreme Court that the Chief Election Commissioner can be removed only in the manner of a Supreme Court judge; on 27 October the Court listed the pleas for 17 November.
